This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”) to provide open-ended, on-call roadside litter pickup services on MD 665 (from Bywater Road to US 50), I 97 (from Severn Run to US 50 including ramps/interchanges), and MD 178 (from Housley Road to I 97) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop.
