ENGINEERING SERVICES AT 343 THAMES ST
The City of Groton (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering and/or consulting firms to provide Engineering Design Services and the preparation and review of construction bids for ADA compliant access to the park from Thames Street to the waterfront located at 343 Thames Street, Groton, CT (the “Project”). Additionally, and priced separately, the City is also seeking Construction Management and Inspection Services during the construction phase. The City reserves the right to not contract for the Construction Management and Inspection Services included in this Request for Proposal.
