Changes to Title IX regulations in 2020 led to increased complexity in conduct hearings involving allegations of sexual misconduct. Moreover, it is often challenging to find University personnel with the experience and time available to serve as hearing officers for such matters. Law firms or individuals with judicial and/or Title IX experience are needed to serve as hearing officers for these complex and serious matters.The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) is seeking to establish a pool of approved and experienced individuals who can serve as impartial hearing officers as needed for serious disciplinary matters conducted pursuant to University policy.
