Mohave Valley Landfill Septage Ponds Construction

The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Development Services - Environmental Quality Division, is seeking bids from qualified respondents for a construction project titled: Mohave Valley Landfill Septage Ponds Construction . All bids are due before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 .

1. For the limited purpose of assisting bidders in determining bonding, insurance, staffing, and other bid preparation considerations, The anticipated price magnitude for this Project is within the following range (consistent with the magnitude bands described at FAR 36.204):
   1. $1,000,000 to $5,000,000
2. This disclosure is not a representation, warranty, or guarantee of the actual contract price, the Owner’s independent estimate, or the amount of work that may be awarded.

Mohave County is soliciting qualified contractors to construct septage evaporation ponds at the Mohave Valley Landfill. The septage pond construction project will consist of performing excavation and earthworks to contour a two pond system. Once contoured, the ponds will be lined with multiple layers of geosynthetics for liquids containment. Lastly, the liner system will be covered with screened protective soil. The pond system has a ~4.5 acre footprint with each pond having a footprint of ~2.25 acres.
