The Parks & Recreation completed its last Master Plan Update in 2017, making this a priority to ensure alignment with the growing and changing needs of the community, national accreditation requirements, community input, and future goals.Due Date: April 3, 2025, NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. local time.Submission: All proposals must be submitted electronically via Demand Star. Please reference Appendix B for more information on registering and submitting electronic proposals/bids in Demand Star.Inquiries: Questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing via email to Pam Dawson, Pam.Dawson@jamescitycountyva.gov NO LATER than 2:00 p.m. on March 17, 2025.
