NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Request for Proposal will be received by the Qualified
Purchasing Agent of the City of Paterson, County of Passaic, State of New Jersey on Tuesday, June 9,
2026 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Division of Purchasing, 4th floor, City Hall, 155 Market Street,
Paterson, New Jersey 07505 for the following: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR A CONSULTANT
TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE CITY'S HUD-FUNDED PROGRAMS:

excluding Holidays.
Proposers are required to comply with regulations of the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law"
(N.S.A.40A:11-1 et. Seq.), Affirmative Action Regulations N.J.S.A.10:5-31et Seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, the
New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Act N.J.S.A.52:32-44 (P.L.2004, c57) And Regulations of
the Unites States Department of Housing And Urban Development (HUD) At 24 CFR 570.510 (B).
