16. Description: U.S. Transportation Command requires one, U.S. flag, Jones Act compliant tug and ABS certified, self-sustaining barge, with the capacity to carry a minimum of 60 TEUs of containerized ammunition while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements.
