The project will include the replacement of the 100+ year old water main on Fifth Street including the internal lining of the existing sanitary sewer. The project will include full depth roadway reconstruction including new sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, curbs, bus stops, retaining wall, light poles, and landscaping to refresh the streetscaping on Fifth Street.
