1.0 BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE
The 72d Civil Engineer Directorate (72 ABW/CE) at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma, is seeking capability statements from qualified industry partners to provide comprehensive, cradle-to-grave engineering project management, execution, and technical support services. 4.0 KEY PERSONNEL & QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
The Government requires a highly credentialed workforce to mitigate risk and ensure technical rigor. Key Personnel requirements include, but are not limited to:
Furthermore, strict adherence to data integrity is paramount. The contractor will be required to manage project data accurately and timely within designated Government IT systems of record (e.g., NexGen IT, Kahua) and will be evaluated against stringent Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs) tied to schedule adherence, cost estimating accuracy, construction cost control, and data accuracy.
