Quarters 2 at the US Coast Guard Academy 2 Seneca Drive is required to have a lead dust cleaning and lead wipe testing done prior to new occupants moving in the home must pass EPA standards and a letter of occupancy from a CT Certified Lead Inspector.
Required Site visit dat 6/9/2026 @ Quarter 2 on USCG Academy at 10:00am EST. No other dates but this one are available. Site visit is required to quote.
