A portion of the work involves replacing sewer in the same trench at a deeper elevation. • Division 2 (Harper Avenue Sewer Replacement) generally consists of the replacement of approximately 1,400 linear feet of an existing 8-inch gravity sewer line that is a contributor to inflow and infiltration and has limited capacity due to insufficient pipe slopes.
