Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work:
The scope of work includes demolition of improvements in the way of the proposed work; installation of equipment, anchoring and framing; modifications to building mechanical, electrical, HVAC/BMS and plumbing systems to support the program; modifications to nurse call, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and security systems; testing and balancing; and repairs to building finished impacted by the work in Room B265-41 at 200 Medical Plaza.
