One (1) brand name or equal to in every aspect, “Orion” Turntable Pallet Wrapping System base machine with custom options as described in attached “'Orion' Custom HPD Specifications”; FOB (Destination) shipment and installation at the Northern Rockies Incident Support Cache located in Missoula, MT; Operational training for end-user Cache personnel at the Northern Rockies Area Incident Support Cache (NRK), in Missoula, MT.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333993 - Packaging Machinery Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 600 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
