This is a public synopsis of a forthcoming solicitation in accordance with FAR 36.213-2. This is NOT a solicitation; therefore, no solicitation documents are currently publicly available.

This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation No. 36C24225B0021, Project # 630-21-102 Brick Façade Cleaning and Repairs, at the Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, New York, 10010.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision to perform Brick Façade Cleaning & Repairs work on the brick façade for all buildings at the Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus in accordance with the scope of work, specifications, and drawings. All work should meet the latest NFPA 101 Life Safety, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities, VA Design Standards, other applicable state, local, federal guidelines, and regulations.
This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Prospective bidders must be registered in SAM.gov (www.sam.gov) and verified/visible/certified in SBA Certification portal (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) at the time of offer submission. Bidders must submit their annual Vets-100 Report and acknowledged and signed all amendments.
Magnitude of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238140 - Masonry Contractors, and Size Standard is $19.0 million. Period of Performance is within 400 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
