This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is limited to businesses certified as New York City Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) pursuant to section 1304 of the New York City Charter. Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) is seeking an appropriately qualified records management consultant to conduct a large-scale inventory and planning project to organize approximately 3.5 terabytes of
