Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firms to perform Code & Special Inspection services for the following project:
Please Note: Whether working for a DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firm or independently, all special inspections contractors, material testing labs, and special inspectors working on DFCM projects must be listed on the DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms, Material Testing Labs, & Special Inspectors list.
Project Description: Convergence Hall will be a roughly 163,000 sq foot six story building that will consist of the following room typologies: office, maker space, retail, event, and housing.
Estimated Inspections Budget: $650,000.00
