This project is a Rural Hospital Training and Technical Assistance Center (RHTAC) initiative designed to support Ohio’s rural hospitals, particularly those facing financial, operational, and sustainabilitychallenges. The selected vendor would provide no-cost technical assistance, training, and workshopsto hospital administrators, with a focus on improvingsolvency, operational efficiency, integrated networks, value-based care structures, leadership development, and long-term sustainability planning. The project is part of Ohio’s CMS-approved Rural Health Transformation initiative.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DOH59719 Rural Hospital Training and Technical Assistance Center (RHTAC) RFP for #SRC0000042172  . Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 10/20/2026 at 3 PM.

All tabs on the Excel cost form must be complete.

While there is Ten(10) pages restriction for this RFP, clarity and brevity are encouraged.

Please carefully review the technical evaluation criteria as shown in the RFP to understand the weight of each section once scored.
