The Winston County Board of Education will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the following property:

Hobart Stand-Up Mixer

Minimum Bid Amount is set at: $250.00

Instructions for Bidder: Sealed bids for the above-described property are due Friday, January 9, 2026

at 10:00 am, Central Standard Time, at the office of the Winston County Board of Education, P.O. Box

9 / 25101 Highway 195, Double Springs, Alabama 35553. Bids may be mailed or hand-delivered. Bids

must be in the Board office by the date and time listed above. Late bids WILL NOT be accepted. The Board

has the right to reject any or all bids.

IMPORTANT:

• Bids must be made on the Board’s Bid Submission Form, attached.

• Please list the bid number (26-013) on the outside of your sealed bid.

• Winning bidder is responsible to arrange pickup within 10 days of board-approval.

Terms of Sale: All property is being sold “As Is – Where Is” and with any and all faults and with no

Seller deems not to be in the best interest of the Seller, or to withdraw the property at any time prior to the

announcement of the completion of the sale.
