IFB 1271 Refuse, Recycling, Bulky Waste Removal and Related services

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) seeking to contract with one vendor (each a “Contractor”) to provide timely, consistent and cost-effective refuse, recycling, bulky waste removal and related services at several multi-family scattered site, walk up apartment, high rise apartment office and commercial buildings within the City of Hartford. The Authority reserves the right to make one award under this IFB, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest. Any obligations of those submitting bids in response to this IFB (“Bidders”) continue to be obligations of Contractor(s) when awarded.
