Project Description: Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for a project called SR-73, Ranches Parkway & Campus Drive Improvements. The project is located at the intersection of SR-73 and Ranches Parkway in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Construct a new traffic signal at Ranches Parkway and Campus Drive, including associated roadway improvements such as asphalt removal, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, raised median curb, sidewalk, signage, and pavement markings.
The project also includes reconfiguration of existing traffic signals at Ranches Parkway and Pony Express Parkway, Ranches Parkway and SR-73, and Spring Run Parkway and Walmart access. This includes associated roadway improvements such as asphalt and concrete removal, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, raised median curb, asphalt trail, concrete sidewalk, signage, and pavement markings.
The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award:

** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents**
Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing
** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
Any bid / proposal received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
OPENING OF BIDS / PROPOSALS:
Bids / proposals will be opened on or around the closing date and time. Results will be posted after bids / proposals have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid / proposal will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids / proposals submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids/ proposals will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
