Project Description: Construction of a new concrete trail including site preparation, grading, and installation of associated hardscape elements within the construction drawing limits. The project includes a Base Bid and Bid Alternates 1, 2, and 3, along with adjustments to impacted irrigation. All disturbed areas—including landscaping, surfaces, and finishes—shall be patched and repaired.
