Submission: The Owner will receive hand delivered Bids at: 3131 South HWY 40, Heber City, Utah, 84032 (Horrocks. temporary office.) or by mail to Horrocks., 728 West 100 South, #2, Heber City, UT 84032 until 3:00 PM local prevailing time on Thursday, July 23, 2026.
Pre-bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM local prevailing time on Thursday the 9th day of July, 2026, at the temporary office of Horrocks, located at: 3131 South HWY 40, Heber City, UT, 84032. General Contract Bidders are encouraged to attend.
