IFB #25-009 HMTC Exterior Site Improvements at the PVTA Holyoke Multimodal Transportation Center located at 206 Maple Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Concrete pavement repairs and miscellaneous site improvements including but not limited to replacing bollards, installing backs on benches, replacing jersey barriers and reconstructing a retaining wall. Contractor will coordinate with PVTA, cooperate with PVTA operations and maintenance personnel, PVTA’s on-site construction representatives and agents for this Contract. Procurement and Contracting Documents including drawings can be obtained after by visiting PVTA’s Business Opportunities website: http://www.pvta.com/opportunities.php On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for March 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST. The deadline for questions is April 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to LZak@pvta.com Bids are due April 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST, at PVTA’s Administration Office located at 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107.
