Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) invite quotations from firms for providing on-site shredding services for each of our 12 locations with a total of 25 shred bins to service.
Background
This Invitation for Quotations (IFQ) is issued in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), including the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in §200.320, and the HUD Public Housing Agency Procurement Handbook 7460.8 REV-3 (2026).
Additional federal requirements under other applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) titles and parts may apply based on the funding source and nature of the services and will be incorporated as applicable.
