Description:
The State Controller's Office is seeking a Small Business contractor to provide daily mail pickup and delivery services of United State Postal Services (USPS) mail cages and/or mail pallets Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed, for the SCO Disbursements Bureau.
SCO is using the streamlined process known as the "SB Option" by contracting directly with a California-certified small business (SB) or micro business (MB), as allowed under Government Code (GC) Section 14838.5. Bidders must be California certified for bids to be considered in this RFQ process and shall maintain that certification throughout the Agreement term and any extensions.
