QUESTIONS:
1. C100: Keynote #2 on Demo page states to remove existing storm drain structures. Where do we put the
demolition costs for items not shown on the unit price bid form? Same question for demolition items
#5 and #6?
Answer: Existing drainage structures shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with the
SCDOT specifications and Bid Form Item No 2031000 for Unclassified Excavation.
2. Just checking if the new bid sheet is correct. The second page looks like it has some duplicate items.
Answer: Clarification No. 2 on Addendum No 1. states that a REVISED BID FORM is provided to
include an ADD ALTERNATE section. This may include some duplicate bid items.
3. Is the 42" Class IV the only RCP. Please verify the remaining pipe will be HDPE;
Answer: Pipe not specifically called out as Class IV RCP shall be either RCP or HP Storm.
