OFFEROR TO COMPLETE Attached WVP Waste Pumping Combo Doc and Attachment 7 - W9127N26QA020 WVP Waste Pumping CLIN & SLIN spreadsheet and return both with emailed quotes.

4. Offer Due Date: 12 FEB 2026, 1:00 PM, PST. Each offeror must submit a priced proposal via email to BOTH raymie.l.briddell@usace.army.mil and Darrell.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil. No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes.
5. Solicitation W9127N26QA020 requires that a proposal from a vendor, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, must detail that at minimum fifty (50%) of the work will be self-performed.
