Scope of Services
The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish firm-fixed pricing for Multimode OM4 Indoor/Outdoor Plenum Campus Fiber upgrades and Cat 6A UTP Plenum cabling replacement at various school sites for the School Board of Volusia County, Florida., in compliance of the E-Rate Program as administered by SLD (Schools and Libraries Division) of the USAC (Universal Service Administrative Company). This ITB is also posted on USAC website, form 470 # XXX.
