NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT SPECIFIC
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
710-RFQ-2503
The Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services, Division of Building Authority, is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING Design Services under a design professional contract as defined by the Division of Building Authority (DBA) Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) § 2-201 for a specific project to renovate storm and water damages to currently vacant Residence Units #3 and #4 at the Arkansas State Hospital.
A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be 2:00 PM CST on 9 April, 2025
