The reappraisal must comply with all applicable Vermont statutes, Property Valuation and Review (PVR) requirements, and International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) standards. The selected firm will be responsible for completing a full reappraisal using the NEMRC MicroSolve CAMA system.
