The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into agreement with AV For You who will provide audio, video, and internet streaming services with closed captioning for our Veteran’s Day Event on November 11th, 2026. AV For You services are critical in providing the audio and visual support for this annual Veteran’s Day Event.
Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs has determined that AV For You is the only local business reasonably available to provide support for a large event. This is deemed a single source purchase because AV For You can provide audio, video, and internet streaming services with closed captioning necessary to meet our needs. We have not found this available from other local vendors in the area.
