A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT AS FOLLOWS:
A 5,000-square-foot mass timber facility dedicated to environmental education and sustainable design. Including scopes such as: Earthwork/Storm/Demolition, Site Utilities, Concrete, Structural Steel Supply & Erection, CLT Timber & Wood Cladding Supply & Install, Waterproofing, EPDM Roofing, Metal Roofing & Siding, Glass & Glazing, Doors/Frames/Hardware Supply, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Low Voltage Systems, Drywall & Framing, Painting, Millwork, Flooring & Tile, Decorative Architectural Boardwalk & Railings, Landscape/Hardscape, Specialties, and Signage.
Project documents for the Whipple Family Forest Education Center are available via BuildingConnected. To receive access, email Grey Lovelady at grey.lovelady@nabholz.com . Bidders must request access by email—no exceptions.
BIDS shall be accepted through Building Connected only. No exceptions.
Bids are to be on a lump sum basis and must be filled out on the Nabholz Bid Form. Bids shall include all labor, materials, taxes, insurance, equipment, freight, etc. for a complete job / scope of work. If your bid proposal on this project exceeds $50,000, please send a copy of your current Arkansas Contractors License. Bid bond is required for all bids exceeding $50,000. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness and the lowest responsible bidder will be notified. All bids will be taken under advisement.

Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed / registered on the day of bid opening. Nabholz Construction and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
