Grass Cutting Services

Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Allentown, PA is requesting sealed bids to provide Grass Cutting Services at various Housing Authority properties located within the City of Allentown, as specified in Bid No. 2026-006-000-50-4430021. All bids are subject to applicable State and Federal Laws.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Administrative Offices at Gross Towers, 1339 W. Allen Street, Allentown, PA 18102, followed by a site visit. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and bring a copy of the bid document.
Questions must be submitted in writing using the “Ask a Question” feature on the PennBid website no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). Responses to all questions will be issued no later than Friday, November 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
Completed bid submissions must be electronically submitted through https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/projects no later than 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 1, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
