95 gallon cart; monthly billing, service period: 10/1/26 through 9/30/27
Please note this is a multi‑year service contract agreement. The service term will be at least 3 years but no more than 5 years.
If a 3‑year agreement is selected, service will run from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029.
If extended to a 5‑year agreement, service will run through September 30, 2031.

No subcontracting or third-party suppliers.
