Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement .

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Traffic Management Center Renovations .

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00AM. All potential bidders will meet in Room 811 at Boston City Hall, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA. Questions are due August 12, 2026, by 12:00PM.

Filed Sub-Bids for Electrical, HVAC and Fire Protection must be submitted via mail or delivered to Boston City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, Room 811 before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and opened forthwith.

General Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, July 27, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., Boston time . Interior renovation of the office portion of the Traffic Management Center. The scope of work includes selective demolition, new construction, and modifications to electrical, fire protection, and HVAC building systems as required to support the new construction
