Project Description: This Contract provides for removal of currently existing roof and installation of new insulation, roofing and finishing, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete by July 31st, 2026.
