Overview
Summary

The City is seeking a qualified provider to supply temporary staffing services. All contract workers assigned to the City must meet the minimum qualifications for the positions they are placed in, as outlined in the City's official job descriptions available at www.lakelandgov.net . Certain roles may also require obtaining and maintaining appropriate licenses.

The City reserves the right to add, revise, or remove job classifications as needed. During their assignment, all temporary personnel will remain employees of the Contractor, who will be legally responsible for their employment.

THIS RFP SHALL RESULT IN A THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR TWO (2), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.
