RFP 20251919 UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms (Proposers) offering the functionality and capabilities identified to replace the Unified Communications System of Transit Authority of River City (TARC). TARC seeks a Proposer with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated Unified Communications System. In this RFP the Unified Communications System shall be referred as “UCS”.
TARC expects to have one fully integrated solution (with either a single system or integrated systems) that includes functions and capabilities listed in this RFP.
TARC will be evaluating a Hosted/Cloud-based Service Solution.
Proposers will be required to demonstrate their offered solution as part of the evaluation process. Proposers shall be aware that finalist(s) will be required to participate in a scripted demonstration of technical and functional capabilities to allow staff to fully understand the proposed solution. The scripted demonstration of technical and functionality is not intended to be a generic demonstration, but rather a live demonstration of specific technical and functional capabilities deemed most critical to TARC. Proposers must be prepared to invest the time and resources in the scripted demonstration to be successful on this procurement.
