The City requires Consulting Services for Management Retreats and Governance Workshops (“Services”) to support leadership development, strategic alignment, and effective governance practices among City leadership and elected officials. These Services are intended to facilitate structured retreats and workshops that enhance team cohesion, clarify roles and responsibilities, and promote long-term organizational effectiveness. The Project involves the planning and facilitation of management retreats and governance workshops for City leadership and elected officials over a two-year term from October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.
