Place of Performance:
This is NOT a request for proposals (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation to Bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to request industry comments for a National (& Guam) Fuels Reduction BPA.
This will be for a re-opening of solicitation 140F0S24Q0001, to add new vendors.
The proposed multiple award BPA will be set aside for small businesses under NAICS:115310, Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services, size standard $34M.
At the time of the solicitation, interested vendors can offer the states or states + counties they can perform work in to be included in the BPA, see attached Statement of Work.
