2026 Federal Concrete Stair AD

LYNN HOUSING AUTHORITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING CONCRETE STAIR DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT

Bids must be sealed, marked, and submitted to LHAND, 92 Curwin Circle, Lynn, MA 01905, attention Charles Mihos, on or before March 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids received after that time shall not be considered. Bids must be submitted on BID FORMS in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for CONCRETE STAIR DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT”. At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and forthwith.
