Project Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified professional engineering firms and to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiation for an initial period of one (1) year with an option for three (3) additional one-year extensions in order to expedite planning, design, and successful completion of a broad range of projects.
