Plano Independent School District is requesting Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk One Step Process for Frankford Kitchen Addition & Renovation.

Scope of Work:
Kitchen Addition and Renovation with all new equipment, Replace Domestic Water Heater, Replace Valves on Sprinkler System, New HVAC Controls, Add / Replace Two New Chillers and Five New RTUs, Add / Replace Digital Marquee, Paint Auxiliary Gym Walls, Renovate Toilet Rooms, Add Entry Resistant Film at all First Floor Glazing, Upgrade Consumer Science Lab.
The estimated construction budget is $6,700,000
