The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide an assessment of the effectiveness of best management practices (BMPs) in reducing non-point source pollution – especially sediment, phosphorus and nitrate – through incentives funded by State and Federal dollars and led by the following State agencies: Kansas Department of Health and Environment – Watershed Management Section, Kansas Department of Agriculture – Division of Conservation, and the Kansas Water Office.
