Self-contained thermoplastic melting system that can be placed in the back of a standard pickup, flatbed truck, or a working trailer for easy transport. Unit needs to hold a minimum of 777 lbs. of highly efficient thermoplastic striping that can be melted and hold temperatures at 400 F. The unit needs to have an Anti-Splash/ 3-way safety door. High-temperature limit safety switches to prevent overheating thermoplastic material. Burner access door safety gate and Thermo-dump door safety gate.
