PURPOSE: The Office of State Procurement seeks to establish a contract for school bus transportation on an as-needed basis for student field trips for Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE), located at 6125 Olson Memorial Highway in Golden Valley, MN.
SPECIFICATIONS. Detailed specifications are listed in Exhibit C, of the Sample Contract and Exhibits document attached to this solicitation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE. Responder should provide an outline of background and experience with examples of similar work done by the Responder and a list of personnel who will conduct the services, detailing their training, and work experience.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The insurance requirements are listed in Exhibit B, in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document attached to this solicitation. It is the Contractor's responsibility to review these requirements prior to submitting a response.
RFP EVALUATION POINTS: Please review the Request for Proposal document, Section 5 - Evaluation Procedure and Criteria for the evaluation point breakdown summary.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response will be made in writing to Mandy Flum, Buyer, via email to mandy.flum@state.mn.us by January 16, 2025, no later than 12:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
