Town of Whitecourt
The Town of Whitecourt, Alberta, is a dynamic community located 180 km NW of Edmonton, with a population of just under 10,000 residents. The Town is seeking a consultant to develop a public art policy for the community that will act as a guide for the acquisition, placement, funding, maintenance and governance of public art within the municipality. The Policy will align with Council priorities, reflect community values, support local and regional artists, and enhance civic spaces throughout Whitecourt.

The selected consultant will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, policy research, best practice review, drafting of the Policy document, and presentation of recommendations to Administration and Council.
