Non-Personal Service Contract for General Surgery (Nocturnist)

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center located at Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for General Surgery (Nocturnist) for the Surgery Department. The Period of Performance will have a base period of 6 months with an option to extend the contract for additional 6 months; a total of 1 year. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 – Office of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialist) with a small business size standard of 1,250.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1503921 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 3, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 11, 2025. The acquisition is a ISBEE set-aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
