NOTICE TO BIDDERSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract 2026 FORD BRONCO SPORT 4x4 BIG BEND VEHICLES 26-037-DOT on or before April 16, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.


Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bids from bidders to provide eleven (11) 2026 Ford Bronco Sport 4x4 Big Bend Vehicles for various Departments. Vehicles shall have All-wheel or 4-wheel Drive. The County requires the following colors:

  • White – six (6)
  • Black – four (4)
  • Gray – one (1)

Both on the lot vehicles and vehicles that must be ordered shall be considered. Ordered vehicles must be scheduled to arrive no later than ninety (90) days from the date of award. Vehicles shall be shipped to the County campus located in Wheaton, IL.

Bidders are required to meet quantity, color, and delivery requirements. Additional packages, options, or add-on charges shall be clearly listed on the Bid Pricing Form. Failure to comply with the specified color, specifications, or delivery may result in nonresponsive.

Note – the County shall not accept any vehicles with sunroofs or moonroofs.
