The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform all aircraft washes, lubes and towing services as defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this Passenger Terminal Security Services. The place of performance is at Ramstein Air Base. The anticipated period of performance is from 1 February 2026 through 31 January 2027 with 4 Option Years to follow. The anticipated period of performance for the basic period and all options will be 12 months. Interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above.In addition, interested sources are requested to review attached Draft PWS and answer the questionnaire. You are encouraged to provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the Government.
